The administrative office worker is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance in the smooth functioning of the office. This includes managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, organizing meetings and appointments, managing records and files, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
1. Receive and distribute incoming correspondence, such as mail and email, and prepare outgoing correspondence as required.
2. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with the procurement department to ensure their availability.
3. Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare agendas, and coordinate necessary logistics.
4. Maintain and update records, documents, and files both in electronic and physical formats, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.
5. Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
6. Assist in the organization of office events or functions, including making necessary arrangements and coordinating with external vendors if required.
1. Proven experience as an administrative office worker or similar role
2. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software programs
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in work
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
